Mr Zhang has over 25 years of professional experience working globally and is an influential Chinese-background chartered accountant in Sydney. Mr Zhang provided deal advisory, tax, and auditing services for 16 years in the Australian, European Union, and Chinese offices of two of the world's "Big Four" accounting firms. He has since run TCG for 10 years. This experience has shaped his ability, built his highest level of standards in professional services and upheld integrity.

Mr Zhang completed the Australian Taxation Law at the University of Sydney (USYD), and he was awarded the Master of Taxation (MTax) at the University of New South Wales (UNSW).
